Love the site. I had been thinking about switching to smokeless tobacco as an alternative myself. But how do you start, tips and and help? THX

Follow the link at the bottom of our home page to For Smokers Only and then to the page titled Available Products.  Dr. Rodu has described some of what is available, and how you might start them.  The products will vary, depending on where you live, but there are only a few basic types.  As he writes, you simply use it whenever you would smoke a cigarette. Let us know how it works for you.   (Even if it seems a little strange at first, we would suggest giving it a little time; every time you don't smoke a cigarette you would have, you've made a move toward better health).  Good luck!
