Hello and thank you for this well balanced and informative site.

Interpretation please of the Health Canada ban, in particular importing. Perhaps you can help with an answer or a referral to where one can be obtained, please.

If I return to Canada from a country where there is no ban, with e-cigs, for my own personal use only, would that be considered importation?

Would it be considered importation if one returned to Canada with e-cigs, for personal use only, purchased anywhere before the ban?

What are the possible consequences?

You would have to contact Health Canada directly for direction on that.
